Interestingly enough, my remedy for stress and foul moodiness is the same for insomnia. :P

Speaking in tongues is a pretty reliable cure for insomnia in my experience. Empties the mind.

Doust thou imbibe coffee during thy day?

barry123400 07-21-2011 02:16 PM

Put in some strenious work should get you tired enough to sleep well.. Unless there are large emotional issues concerning you or other stressors.

tonkovich 07-21-2011 03:38 PM

hard work is good. or some exercise (in my case 40 to 60 minutes in the pool, any and every day that i can)

Perchance to dream?

ramonajim 07-21-2011 06:27 PM

Inability to sleep last night was notable 'cuz I can usually doze off in pretty much any circumstance (I routinely sleep through dental work).

Finally drifted off, only to have the goons decide that something outside must die (waking up to a beagle wail is not so entertaining :P)
