I have a friend who is a female pole vaulter and is pretty mch equally as hot. Might be a coincidence but I'm not complaining to anyone . These girls probably have more upper body strength than 95% of guys, most of it is upper back .

Ah, but there is a critical muscle in the lower area that is more important than most. The pubococcygeus muscle or PC Muscle.
