Joe Hill
One of my neighbors, William Adler, has written a book about Joe Hill: The Man who Would not Die: The Life,Times and Legacy of Joe Hill. Picked up a copy at a book signing tonight. If you're interested in labor history or American radical labor thought, you might find the book interesting.

Look under 'Events' on the book's website. Adler is coming your way on a book tour later this year.

It looks like a good book. I'll read it.

Joe Hill review
It is a good book, i've read it, and have written a couple of reviews. One of them can be found in the September Industrial Worker, monthly newspaper of the Industrial Workers of the World -- it is a free download in PDF format at this link:

I know that name. Are you from Denver?
I see you are from Denver in the review. I must have met you via Gary Cox. |
