2001 Toyota Sienna question

Looking to buy one to replace the Volvo...

In the specs, it does not say it has the magic third seat but it has "
Manual folding split-bench third row seats "

what does that mean?

I want to be able to load lawn mowers easily. will this vehicle work for me?

Shoot, I'm trying to picture my friends' Sienna of that vintage to remember what the seats do. Don't quote me on it but I want to say you'd need to take the rear row out (each 1/2 comes out separately).

As a related aside, the third row on my '03 Odyssey folds up and into a space in the floor so that it's flat so you don't need to lug seats around to remove them.
