And how do you find storage for all of them?

I just build another 2 car garage. Can't stand cars parked (for long term) in driveway

Too many is when you are beyond your means of storage. Right now, 3 cars is too many for me - I need one car and thats it simply because all I have is street parking. My 2 MBs are 250 miles away due to this.

Yep, storage is the limit. Including my wifes car we have seven on the road and four non runners. I live in the boonies with lots of space, so unfortunately the non runners are stored outside.

If you're married, you'll find out what that number is pretty fast.

Well there you go, it's one of the perks of marriage . . . along with being made aware of all your faults, either in alphabetical order or chronological . . .

Good thinking. But that post should have been under the "A sane point of view" thread.

Please don't exercise the female perogative of "changing your mind" about this.

Ever.

If you do, though, then please don't come back around here sniveling and whining that you had to get rid of all your Mercedes Benzes and any dreams of ever owning one again, just STFU and enjoy gliding around Sacramento in your white Chrysler voyager that stinks o bay pee, poo and vomit.

Six is okay, seven is too many. I'm hanging around nine. For space, I"m currently building a four car garage with lift (five max); most of these currently reside at my current rental home or at my best friend's airport hanger. When the garage gets done, I'll keep everything at the house. My daily drivers will have to hang outside.

Well, I am storing cars all over the place. I have two stored at home, one stored in my best friends garage, three stored at a friends shop, and one on long term loan.

And to top it all off - I am looking at picking up one more. I think I have a hold in my head (and pocket).
