It's odd, I always spot that while reading but while typing, I go into phonics mode. I saw a guy on another forum type "are" when he meant to use "our." I've done that one myself a couple of times. The mind is a funny thing.

They're, their, there, are, our, hour. When I used to grade lots of essays, these were probably the most common mistakes. Due at least in part to over reliance on machine spell checks. I try to catch myself but still slip up sometimes.
