lol, I thought about the Sprint Turbo, but I already have the E55 for when I want/need to go fast. I want something that gets awesome fuel mileage and the Metro is it.

I left the seller a deposit, and took the Metro over night to have it inspected. It is awesome, no one pays attention to it! Like said before, it has approximately 1/8 of the power of my E55, and it feels it.

Initial observations - Wind Noise/Road Noise/Noise in general. Very loud, almost unbearable, especially since I have been driving my E55 daily. Atrocious handling - it feels like it is about to flip over when you push it hard through twisties, and when you try to push it hard, it starts to understeer. This particular example had a problem with one of the wheels/tires, and would get death wobble by 55mph. I did not have the balls to push it past 55, but am sure it would have been an interesting experience.

Thinking of trying some other beaters on before I pull the trigger. Do not want to get stuck with something thats not all that....

As I pointed out earlier in this thread, I found a TREMENDOUS improvement in handling by going up one tire size. The improvement was so great it made me wonder if the bean counter who spec'd the tires still had a job.
