Texas School Punishes Boy for Opposing Homosexuality
Texas School Punishes Boy For Opposing Homosexuality | Fox News I wonder what the school will do to the teacher in this case? What does its policy dictate for teachers who deny students their rights? Will his union support him? Maybe he just need's a few more professional development credits? Maybe he'll be nominated and named teacher of the year? Maybe he'll be making a career leap to the US DOE where he can work under Kevin Jennings! Last edited by Billybob; 09-23-2011 at 06:25 PM. |

Assuming the story is true and there is no more to the story (big assumption coming from FOX) then the teacher needs to be disciplined and a formal apology given to the student.
Unless it is a sexuality or sex ed class, there is no reason the teacher should be discussing sexuality unless a student brings up the topic.

Well, in the interest of refuting that misinformation, actually News Corp. the parent organization of Fox News, is the subject of some inquiry by the DOJ who have written letters asking for information. Unless something happened late today Fox News and or Fox Broadcasting is not even the subject of inquiry as far as I've heard. |

Then you stoop so low as to put forth Joan Walsh’s auto cunnalingal delusions of a “possible” class action the “may” happen as a retort! Going to be pretty difficult to find anyone’s posting as weak as that! Have you no shame? |
