Went to purchase a windup Pluto toy. Was denied purchase because I am not a Pay Pal member. I have bought $40k cars and have a 100% rateing. I guess they don't want my money.

Not that I am defending Ebay but isn't that more the sellers fault than Ebay?

No idea. I have only bought 5 items on Ebay and I use Pay Pal since it is convenient and allows me to use my credit card to pay.

Thats not only reason why ebay sucks to deal with now. Seller protection is gone, you cannot give negative feedback to buyers as well.
Also, half.com which is part of ebay is a pita to get money from. I sell text books every semester on half.com and they pay your money out twice a month, and it takes 5-6 "business" days for it to transfer to your paypal(which then it takes an additional 2-3 "business" days) to hit your account or go directly to your bank account if you set it up that way. I hate it

I refitted my printing and sign shop using ebay, I saved a bunch of money.
Ebay has been berry, berry, berry good to me.
