Looks like an awful lot of light there.

I like the safety aspect but it would add to light pollution. It is hard to believe that is any kind of passive system of glow in the dark material. I would do it if the light were less intense.

looks like battery operated superbright LEDs, just something else you have to worry about getting slung off a hooptee at 65MPH
