Talk about DUMB! Why didn't they just walk through the corn until they got out of the field?

My guess is that Mom was still experiencing the "baby hormones".

I think this might be the same corn maze that my girlfriend wanted to go to a few days ago. I know that they do have rules about not walking through the corn and sticking to the paths but seriously if you have to get out, just get out. And how do you get out of a corn field? Pick a direction and just stick with it till you're out

haha, they were lost 25 feet from the entrance :D

Obviously not if they've already reproduced and had children.

At one point the lost dad took the dispatcher so literally he even repeated the "say".
Well, 3 month old baby is toast. Double toast if that was the real father.

None of this would have happened if they'd had a machete. Support the right to bear machetes!

You don't need a machete to walk through a corn field.

An interesting contrast to this story is the book I'm currently reading, Men Against the Sea. It's one of the Bounty trilogy and is a fictionalized account of the real voyage of William Bligh and 18 of his men across 3600 miles of less-than-friendly ocean. These dudes seriously had their ducks in a row. They made the trip without firearms and in a 23 foot open launch. They only lost one man, who was killed by locals in the ironically named Friendly Islands.

Yeah, but carrying a combine around 24/7 would be slightly more difficult.

Don't carry. Drive it. Clear the corn, sell it and buy yourself a dinner.

Will it fit through a drive-through?

Don't think so. You would have to shut it down to order since it probably makes a lot of noise.
