This pains me....

Ran into one of these last night while in my E55....

Have to say it was quite the looker. And made the right sounds! I tried to get it to run, with no luck...

Caddy is on the right track! Cannot wait to see what they do next!

This is a car forum. When I read "I ran into ..." I had bad thoughts till I read the rest. Perhaps "I came upon .... " would be more appropriate next time.

Agreed! After your last altercation, I though "Oh no, not AGAIN!"

I remember seeing the race CTS- coupe in the conti series last year. I don't think it did too well but it was one sweet looking car!

Far more interesting than any 2 door yet far too ugly desire.

Long live pushrods.

Yeah, there is something to be said about simplicity.

The local Caddy dealer has a black/black 2011 CTS-V Sedan that I am going to take for a spin later today.

Fantastic cars, I find the doors on the coupe to be to high for my tastes.

IMHO the wagon with the 6spd stick is the car to get.

GM is making some pretty good cars these days. I think the CTSV is a better drivers car than the M5. Its not stupid complex.

I drive my wife's Pontiac G8 GT now and then.

I was getting on the freeway and stomped down on it. The RPM jumped to 8000 in about 2 seconds. I was afraid I had bent something until she told me she does it all the time.

It is still not there in the ride department, but it sure is quick.

They were on to something with the G8 unfortunately they can't turn a profit by importing cars from Australia with the exchange rate being what it is. I would like to meet the genius at GM that decided they shouldn't build full size RWD cars in the US.

If only GM had the balls to sell us the wagon

And UTE

Instead we get this garbage and they're still losing money on it.

Never underestimate GM's ability to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.

GM is doing very well, all their new cars are hits. The Cruze is a big seller and is a better little car than both the Civic and Corolla.

The latest Corvettes keep setting records and the next gen promises to be something very special. They are moving to a younger demographic, heck I might buy one.

The Camaro is a hit.

The Volt while not a sales hit certainly generated a lot of attention, plus its a pretty decent cat if not a bit expensive.

GM is doing quite well, if you want a RWD GM buy a Cadillac, the new ones are rather nice.
