Its cold!

Actually had to wear a jacket and pants last night!

The E55 boosts longer/harder though. I guess its a nice tradeoff.

I woke up, and it was 29F out. The grass cutting can wait for tomorrow when it's supposed to be around 60F.

Today is a day made for making soup!

My Red Plum ('95 E 420) just got hit and run in Las Vegas at the Convention center

North Of Las Vegas at the pass before Pahrump in Nye County Nevada it was 29* last night too. I finally put on a jacket.

The desert storms are cool to see!

this morning just now, the whole desert above the pass was coverefd with snow and my E 420 is now covered wiith white filth down its sides. Actually looks cool! Like a winter snow car now.

Though not perfect. Yesterday it was sideswiped by a hit and run driver of a big Ford F350 truck and it's 24 foot trailer driven by a guy trying to leave the parking lot and he hit the hotel gate too.

Guy and his wifre were there and saw and heard him wreck my car.

It still runs luckily.

They tried to stop him and he said "Oh I will come back".

Hauling a car trailer he was a SEMA cdnvention visitor. The truck has Minnesota plates on it but nobody got a picturte but amazingly 6the witnesses fopund me and gave their information.

Gonna be a Las Vegas Police report for hit and run filed today and NOW they have 2 eyeball witnesses to it.

He may escape to Minnesota but NOW we know who he is. They remembered the name on his trailer and the hotel manager looked them up and weknow who they are but he won't TELL me.

But, he will tell the Lassd Vegas Metro Police dept. I have to go and file a report.

And my car waas just repainted where it got hit. The left rear is a mess now.

But it sure runs good!

Off to Los Angeles later today.

It is great to be on the road, and enjoy some of the fun in Las Vegas too. Visited old friends up in North Vegas too, and more.....

50 at noon today. It'll be 24 tonight. I said goodbye and thanks to the garden yesterday afternoon. It was 80 ahead of the storm CA sent us, but got to 30 last night after the rain stopped and it cleared around 3 a.m. First fires will be lit in the fireplaces tonight for sure as it's still cloudy and the house hasn't warmed much.

Man you don't know the meaning of cold until you've tried to replace a glow plug on a 603 in 10 degree weather....at night

Sorry to hear about your car, Jim.

At least you have two witnesses who helped you out.

That guy is going to be in for a world of hurt when he gets charged with the hit and run, isn't he?

Let's see. Its November, and you notice that the temperature is getting colder.
In 5 or 6 months, I bet you will notice that its getting warmer.
Its a cycle. Its not the coming Ice Age, nor Global warming.

I parked my motorcycle about 45 minutes ago. My thighs are still cold.

It was 21 Saturday morning. I finally turned the heat on Saturday afternoon after it got down to 53 in my bedroom.
