It's a good thing that this is America and we have one of the greatest healthcare systems in the world . . . oh dang . . .

Interesting that the article states that the first reported case at the homeless shelter was three months ago . . . that would be early what? August? Yeah, August. The Occupy Atlanta group didn't move to the shelter until October 30th.

I expect taxpayers will have to cough-up (so to speak) for these slackers so they can protest rather than work.

Botnst, with a national average of anywhere from four to six applicants for every available job opening, what work do you believe they are dodging?

Statistically, Four Competing for Every Job Opening

TB, STDs, criminal activity...the protest encampments are just like any other downtrodden neighborhood in a big city.

As these things continue to devolve, things are very unlikely to get better.

Here's another sad report from today:

Quote:
The public was not believed to be at risk after the afternoon shooting at City Hall Park in Burlington, but the circumstances were still being investigated, said Burlington Police Deputy Chief Andi Higbee. Police would not confirm that the shooting was a suicide, but witnesses said the man shot himself.

So some guy chose a public place to kill himself. Bet that if he jumped under a train, it would make local news at best. This doesn't really reflect on OWS at all.

More proof that they're all dirty disease ridden liberal slacker bums who should be rounded up and jailed so the working people won't be threatened by their depravity.

Well, there was a shooting at the Oakland Occupy today as well.

And no reason to make light of the other guy's death, is there? Or did I miss something?

I hear they're begging for laborers and skilled labor in N Dakota. And if the president will sign-off for the pipeline from Canada, there aer some more jobs. And the offshore oil business is always looking for entry level labor. Not to mention the poultry business. If a man wants to work, he can. But if wants to have somebody else find him a job to his liking then his alternative is to go bang a drum in a park and poop in a tent. Sounds fair to me. Cough-cough.

Not at all, that's a drain on working people who pay taxes. Just let them get a bit cold and a bit hungry. They'll find a job.

What part of NO JOBS TO BE HAD

do you not understand?

25 Million U.S. Citizens
(Who HAD jobs and Would DEARLY love to be employed again, BEFORE THEIR FUNERAL DAY)
are out of work as a result of "BUSHCHENEYOILMONEY".

That's nearly 10% of the Total Legal Population. OUT OF WORK!

NOT 10% of:
Working Age Americans (The figure would be above 40%)
Illegals (The Figure would be 100% +)
Totally Disabled (The figure would be 405%)
Children (35%)

Botnst/Chris Bell/Elchivito,

Oh Wait ,I know, your next "A Modest Proposal" [Apologies to Jonathan Swift]

They can't VOTE,Don't Pollute(Except for minor Slimeness exuded)
Can't Drive(Less Gridlock)Don't use Heat or Air(Less strain on the Grid)
Can't Talk on Cellphones or Text(Less electronic Distortion) ANNNNND
Zombie Women Have No Opinions on ANYTHING,including Haute Couture.
(Is there an International Union of Zombies ?)

Advertising Tag Lines Like:
"Portabella Mushrooms...Lovingly Tended in the Dark of Caverns By Zombies
who care."
GM "Less Lubrication needed on our Zombie assembled Chassis"

Think of the Quality Education American Children will receive from Summa Cum
Laude Zombies who matriculated @ "BabyDoc Duvalier University".

This is indeed VERY sad. Unfortunately it is not very surprising since many of these people are living like refugees.

Hmmm..... I thought your Messiah BO was supposed to fix everything or at least make it at least a little bit better. He's had almost three years now. How come it's gotten so much WORSE instead of at least holding it's own? This blame Bush and the Japanese Earthquake excuse is wearing a little thin.
