WVOtoGO....

Did you have anything to do with this?

Pilot escapes after plane loaded with marijuana lands in Houston

Investigators were on Tuesday trying to figure out how the pilot and possible passengers escaped after a twin-engine plane carrying a large amount of marijuana skidded off a runway at an airport west of Houston.

The small plane, thought to be a 1968 Beechcraft 60, slid into grass after its nose gear collapsed upon landing at the runway of Houston Executive Airport in Brookshire.

You crazies are always talking about doing crazy stuff happening, and skidding across a runway sounds, well....

Interesting, but not as big a deal as the crash in my hometown of Wheeling, WV in 2004 where the pilot survived and then fled leaving behind 24 million-freaking-dollars worth of cocaine.

Crash led agents to ID theft suspects

His ultimate arrest (in Mexico) led to discovery of a fake ID conspiracy in PA state government that resulted in arrests of more than 40 more people.

Good that the pilot got away -- hope he's safe in a non-extradition country. For one thing, I'd rather not pay for his incarceration, since he was only providing a safe substance to people who bought it of their own free will.

No joke or sarcasm, really hope he's out of the US by now!

Think that the pilot was fired by his employer?

It's medicine, at least for me. keeps me from vmiting everything I eat, keeps me with a good appetite, and makes me completely forget about my neuropathy and the growing wound under my left big toe. So please DON'T tax it. No other medicine, whether prescribed or OTC, is taxed.

You would agree that the vast majority of cannabis in this country, and the world, isn't being consumed for medicinal reasons.

Who cares? Still wouldn't make me take a leak on a DEA agent that was on fire and screaming in agony.
