Kentucky church bans interracial marriage
I know it is in Kentucky and it's a Baptist church and there are only 40 members and only 9 whack jobs voted for it but seriously. Do they not know it's 2011 and most of us realize that this line of thinking is just plain bat **** crazy?

Leaving the cultural aspect aside, most traditional churches are suffering from declining membership, so this vote would seem to be a self inflicted wound to this church.

As I understand it this is being driven by the pastor. Hmmm...small church small community. He probably wants a congregation like Phelps where it is all family. (PUKE) I take it this pastor never saw the movie 'Guess Who's Coming to Dinner'.

While I abhor their decision. We have freedom of and from religion. Apparently most of the parishioners left and the remainder voted that way.
Looks like inbreeding to me.
