Scissors Question

What brands to avoid? Obviously the woman in the story below bought a set that was more heavy duty than the office scissors and it doesn't work.

STORY HERE

Quote:
Sergeant Kyle Stjerne told the Los Angeles Times that Valdez tried to pick the best tool for the job, adding: 'They were more heavy duty than the standard office scissors.'

Obviously not a good set like Kitchen Shears or THIS but still.....

On a side note, I think I will get out of CA if I need serious medical attention. A cough and cold, maybe but nothing more than that if I happen to be passing thru. Apparently their medical judgment is weird.
Quote:
The husband was treated at the local hospital for non-life-threatening wounds and was released later that evening.

WTF? Are you serious that it isn't a life-threatening class problem? It is more than life threatening.

Always remember, NEVER run with scissors in your hand.

Run where you want but don't bring it to a gunfight, I would think. Not sure what else to say bout it unless you want to ask Lorena?

I heard that Lorena's ex husband's little loss of a pecker wasn't such a bad deal after all. He got a job selling Snap-On Tools.
