My computer has several things which offer me the option to email something (like a picture) to someone. The default setting for email generates a document in Insight but Comcast bought Insight and so I cannot use that feature anymore. Can someone tell me how to change that default email format please?

Thunderbird or outlook express? In Thunderbird, I click on Tools, Options and the Attachments tab. Change the desired action

Look for default programs - if you are using windows I guess typing it in the search part of the start menu would find it...
