560SEC with 223,000
 
A person I know, wants to trade his decent looking 560SEC with 223,000 miles for my well restored 69' 280SEC, a 9 out of 10 car. He wants to trade the 560 and $7000 for my 280. If I remember correct, that is an M117 engine. I have never had one or worked on one. I want to know what people think, about the 560SEC and about this possible deal. Of course, I don't have to sell, I just want some educated opinions.
