Right front shock/spring squeaking
My ’91 350SDL recently developed a squeak coming from the right front shock/spring area. Every time the car accelerates or brakes (or if I push down on the bumper) you can hear a fairly loud low pitch squeak.
Upon inspecting the shock and spring I found nothing out of the ordinary. Could this be a bad strut/shock? What else should I look for? Is it fairly easy to change for a backyard mechanic? Mav
