removing paint from a leather seat
I just picked up a nice leather seat but there is a spot on it where spray paint was shot on to it.
Anyone know of a way to remove the paint? |

My understanding is that most automotive leather is painted, paint is the original finish. Google something like: refinish automotive leather paint
I will refinish some automotive leather someday if the right situation presents itself. It doesn't scare me. |

I would think that Pine-sol would take it off.

I have determined that it is 'treated leather' and a friend of mine suggested olive oil, but the Pine-Sol thing sounds good, too. 'Treated' means it is painted and then has a sort of clear coat on it.
When I get the paint off I will post some 'after' photos and relate the experience. |
