How to prevent coastal flooding

North Carolina has apparently figured out that all you gotta do to prevent the sea level from rising is to make measuring it illegal. Science? We'uns don' need no gol-darn science!

You can't makethi**** up.

Yep, the best legislature that real estate developers can buy.

And a governor that loves to take breakfast, lunch, and dinner in "liquid" form - probably one of the main reasons she's not running for a second term is that she's cleaned out the liquor cabinet in the Governor's Mansion - that and her own party literally begged her not to seek reelection.

When I moved back after 2 1/2 years in TX, and saw what changes had occurred in the political landscape, my first reaction was "Have you people lost your f#####g minds?".

By comparison, Rick Perry and the crew down in TX were shining paragons of sanity and reason.
