SUPER Big Day for my Mom!

Yesterday was my Mom's 88th birthday.

In January her hip broke requiring surgery. She had complications of the surgery and was in ICU for several weeks absolutely on the brink of death and we all thought we had lost her. She made it through, went to rehab and is doing so good that we are moving her into assisted living today.

She's really doing great and celebrating the 88th birthday, that only about four months ago appeared to be an impossible accomplishment.

Happy Birthday Mom!

Happy birthday and congrats to her on recovering from what is all too often a lethal incident for folks who have reached her age.

I'm certain her rapid and welcome recovery can be attributed in no small way to her ignorance of this forum, Cheers!

We exist, not because of our fathers, but because of our mothers. Happy birthday and may she have many more.

I hope she enjoyed her birthday as much as you, Larry. Good to hear she pulled through, and I hope you have many more to share together.

Have a blessed time together!
