I notice it had the optional fold out rear window.

I think 1958 was the last year for the fold out front windows that allowed you to catch a little air as you puttered along.

probably, but the safari windows could be installed on all split windows buses

I saw one of those funky little pickups in either wa or OR early on our trip. Same color too but no graphics.

They're pretty rare now.
