Saw this Gorgeous 280SE 3.5 convt. yesterday

I met this wonderful lady yesterday at the fuel station while I was filling up.
I asked her if I could grab a couple flicks and she told me to go ahead.
once she was done fueling, she asked the attendant if she could park in their lot while she did some grocery
shopping next door at the New Seasons market (well known for their horribly crowded, undersized lots) and they obliged her.

As I was taking the top pic, I heard the unattended pump nozzle fall out of the fuel filler neck and drop to the ground. AAAARG!!!!
In Oregon they don't let us pump our own fuel yet, we're still learning.

thats funny, no she actually stepped out of the car just so I could take the pics, even though I told her the pics would be just as great with her in them.

I don't blame her, I wouldn't want a stranger taking my pic. I don't show up in pics anyhow...

I saw one at the Castle in Heidelberg Germany

It was being used as a wedding ride.

I was there a couple of weeks ago. It (the schloss) overlooks the Neckar river and town below.
It is beautiful.

Ich bin ein Heidelberger !!!

Another nice one - shame it is being tramped about on the wedding circuit.

They are getting real expensive now, especially the 3.5. Would look for them for potential buyers in Holland here in Los Angeles; you could find them for $30/50K now you'r lucky if you can find one for under $150K. Very soon they will go for $200K.

Simply gorgeous. Modern cars look like disposable diapers in comparison. What's wrong with people anyhow?
