What are you talking about? Teenagers have sex without condoms because they want to actually feel it. Not because they don't know how condoms work. Besides, for every pregnant skank, 40 sluts were banging and didn't get pregnant.

However, I fail to see how being forced out of the state prison camp is some kind of punishment. They throw your parents in jail for trying that everywhere else. And they probably will there, too. Force you into truancy, then send dedicated truancy pigs to lock you up or hand out fines. Just swapping vaccines with pregnancy tests as the catalyst.

Some local school districts in MD are getting rid of "zero tolerance" policies. I say "good!" Someone needs to use some judgment on discipline cases. We had lacrosse players suspended because some administrator saw the knives they carried in the gym bags ( used to trim their equipment) as "weapons". Stupid administrators!

Im talking about the abstinence form of sex ed, which glosses over the issue as being too touchy to talk about, so just don't do it. You would be surprised how many kids are not aware of STDs or contraceptives. Im getting my info from a sister who used to teach middle school in the MS delta.
