Exclamation Parts For A 1986 Mercedes Benz 300E?

Anyone know where I can get the best deals on parts for my Benz? I just bought her Saturday for $500.00. Good deal, but needs some things.

You don't say where you are located, but if you are near a Pick-N-Pull you can call up their website and then search the inventory of their yards.

A lot of folks here hit the wrecking yards for a car such as yours. If the windshield wiper is acting up the trouble is likely in the transmission of the wiper assembly. You can replace the entire assembly for about $900, replace the gears inside for about $120, or try and find a working assembly at a wrecking yard for $25.

The only problem you might have in sourcing parts for an E this way is if you need 5-speed specific parts since I have never seen one in a yard.
