What a particular morning...

This was a regular morning and I was driving on my way to the office. I was waiting for the green light at the intersection of Palos Verdes Dr. and Western Av. ( Rolling Hills States, CA ).

All of a sudden an immaculate black 500E stoped next to me on my right sight... What a great specimen ! I am not sure but I think it was a 94... Needless to say I was drivelling all over it !!!

What was my surprise when I turn my head to the left side and spot another 500E flanking my car on the left side !!!

This other one was a 92 or 93, wineberry colour with some aftermarket 3 spoke wheels ( they look like Brabus MB II type )...

The particular coincidence about the story is that both cars were driven by women, I guess in their way to work.

I ask you gentleman about the real meaning of this occurence... Does it has an astrological significance ? Does this has to do with the planets alinement in our planetary system ?

Could this mean that there is a 500E in my future ?

No, I don't think it necessarily means that there is a 500E in your future. It just means that you live in Southern California.

So? Was she blonde, brunette, redhead? What? Heh, if you had played your cards right there MIGHT have been a 500E in your future :)

Ja, ja, ja, ja... Good point Kuan ! You know that I was refering to the 500E !

As a matter of fact the person driving the black 500E looks to me like a very respectful and dutiful asian lady in her late 40's maybe early 50's... No chance at all !

:p

But I should start carrying with me one of my business cards with the following:

"If you are looking to sell your car, I might be interested, please let me know..."

lol Kuan!

Coincidence indeed! I have to concur that it probably only indicates that you are in So. Cal. - but a more positive way to know is beyond me! :D

if that was a '94 car, it could well be an E500.

so you have a 500E on your left and an E500 on the right.

almost a palindromic experience ...

I think this is a sign from God.

Only happends once in a lifetime.

Like getting struck by lightning.

Go out and immediately buy a lottery ticket.

Hi-Power 02-28-2002 06:09 PM

Hey bobbyv,

You've got the point, and yes I am sure about it was a E500 because I was able to see the hood and the three point star coming from it and not from the grill...

So it was something like this if you were looking to us from a front view:

E500 me 500E

:p

Of course they had to be women drivers...for they are the ones with good taste and class...:)

It's a sign for you to get a 500E and a women! Maybe 2 of them!

suginami 03-01-2002 12:10 PM

That's right. Symmetry is important, just like Greek design.

As Ernesto said, he was sandwiched between the two cars:

E500 Ernesto 500E

With two women, it would be the same:

woman - Ernesto - woman.

See? Perfect symmetry.

Just kidding, Ernesto. I know you're married.

What this really means is that you should not be sleeping while driving!

:D :D :D :D :D
