I don't think my tire is supposed to look like this...
We thought the pavement had gone to hell, but when we hit fresh pavement, it only got worse!

One time I was driving through Nor. Cal, down from WA state - I got off the freeway in Redding and felt the tell-tale wobble of a bulging tire. Hell, I didn't notice it at speed, I'm lucky it didn't blow on the freeway.

I am impressed with the skill of the engineers at the tire manufacturing companies. The tire engineers should be given a medal for the way they have perfected making the tires die right after warranty is up. Them they should be taken out and shot! (see 1793 by Victor Hugo)
