There is no limit to the depths to which political leaders will stoop. But, in Biden's defense, he thought he was elevating his normal level of conversation.
Reminds me of an old song fragment such by an alcoholic ( back when that was considered "cute") The singer was lying in the gutter with a pig and the song continues,
