Read that book. The japanese military regularly ate Australian, Chinese, American & japanese bodies, even when they had adequate rations.

Almost enough justification for another incendiary run on Tokyo....

The japanese were never really adequately punished for what they did in China or other Pacific rim countries. The genocide of Cambodia, Rawanda & Hitler pales in comparison....

Agreed. We should have tried more of the people responsible and either locked them up or put them in front of a firing squad. But mass genocide isn't the correct punishment for genocide.
