Venting
 

Hi All
My power steering pump just arrived from silver star in Ca.
The first package arrived last week and it was a stearing box not a pump.
Nothing was capped or sealed and was covered in a half in. of crud.
I opened this just arrived package and it was the pump but the same thing,nothing capped or plugged and covered in crud
You would think they would at least clean the part some what.

Customer satisfaction does not seem to count any more. A take it or leave it attitude.
This is the last time i will be doing business with them.

I live in the area, and I won't take my car to Silver Star for service. And as for parts, I will only buy simple parts from them. I rather drive an extra 15 - 20 miles and buy parts from Calabasas Motors.
