1993 Cadillac Flasher Relay Location?

1993 DeVille. I found the hazard relay but can't find the turn signal relay. I can hear it laboring away in the bowels of the dash and I have the bottom dash panel removed but don't know exactly where to delve next.
Where is it and what does it look like? Help appreciated :).

Should be in the same vicinity as the hazard, usually round relay of a decent size about 2 inches across, either aluminum or plastic

The hazard flasher is staring you in the face to the right of the steering column. It's an obvious metal canister like we're all used to seeing. The turn signal flasher isn't very near to it although it sounds like it could be above and more toward the right. Just looking for more details as far as location and appearance.
Thanks!

I've got to ask...if you can hear the relay, what's wrong? If it's a common issue like the lights staying on, it's not the relay, it's the step on the column.

Anyhow, it should be behind the Fuel Data Center. It should be on the right side of the data center, held on by a silver clip.

JP the in-dash indicators flicker very dimly and the blinkers blink very slowly if at all. Every 10-20 sec they will blink and I can hear that.
So you're saying behind the fuel data center which is to the left of the column? I'll dig in that direction.
Thanks!
