Music media file software advice wanted for the PP braintrust
I can never get a good straight answer about how to what is the best software free or paid to clean and organize my music library. I have ran many freeware programs but they always fall short on getting the job done. I have fragmented file, quadruplication of songs and the most annoying is listing of track numbers which iTunes handles well but my cars usb does not do as well.
My question is what is the best software that will scan my entire computer and automatically clean up all the duplicates and fix track names? I only want to click a button, I don't have the time to tinker with thousands of songs. Thanks TIA |

I passed this along to my daughter who works in LA in the music biz. Her company, which shall remain anonymous, "handles" and "tracks" many artists and their music. She returns from the Sundance film festival tomorrow. I'll let you know her reply. C.T.G. |

I got fed up with the pictures and music on my computer being so disorganized so I spent the whole day once organizing the whole damn thing. With only a trackpad no less..
