3 grand. Drove it home.. I really missed the v8 power.

It needs a new trunk lid, rear glass, and a couple other rear bits where a big arse tree limb hit it. I also have to bend the parcel shelf back a bit so the window frame gets back to where it should be.

A LOT of dinan parts already on it.

Although Im still doing research, I believe my engine is the m62. It is a 4.4 v8. For the brief time I drove this car, I really missed some of the "modern comforts" that newer cars have. The car tracks really well. The power is intense....

I bought it from my brother, who has owned it for the last 7 years. He drove the car rarely, and always had it serviced at the dealer.

Unfortunatly the minor damage that it recieved during the storm retuned it with a salvage title. I'm not too concerned however because I doubt I will be selling it within the next decade.

I really like the E39 - specially a 2003 530i, they drive very balanced, but somehow cannot find a good one.

I have a really nice 2002 530i sport for sale.

BMWs are love and hate for me. I currently daily drive a silver 2000 740i Sport. In my opinion its the King Daddy. Beautiful, drives like a small car, great recaro style seats, amazing wood, the list goes on.

The other car, which I will probably dump, is the 1995 540i sport 6 speed. It was badly misrepresented and Miguel didn't alert me to how big of a turd it was when he picked it up for me. I've been waiting almost a year to get it completely repainted after going through almost every component of the vehicle.

I sell lots of BMWs because they sell so easily, but I have never bought one that wasn't leaking. There is always a leak from the cooling system as well as the valve cover gasket or the oil pan. Every stinkin' one. Every one has pixels going out in the instruments and control panel. They are also terrible to work on.

I have more problems with BMWs after the sale than any other car. It doesn't matter how thoroughly I go through it. They break. Customer's get pissed and its some how my fault since they bought the car from me. I have to make more money on BMWs to compensate for this.
