Anyone want to go in on a vacation house?

Luxury Homes, Estates & Properties

Here is one I was looking at while I was away and the owner decided to sell, and will carry a note back!

Its snowing up here but pretty warm in Grand Caymen!

Does the cost include travel in the 72' boat you were looking at?

The 72ft boat just barely fits in their, since the bay averages 10-12 feet and the boat draws close to 7, so sand will be stirred up!

It could be part of a package deal for $5m.

My friends sailboat is at the dock to the right of this house.

We need to get about 10 people to kick in $500k each...

This suggestion conjures up some ugly images.

Let me see, maybe if you were to get Billy Bob and spdrun, or Plangi and pooka, or myself and MTI.

Sure would make some interesting times when everyone decided to party there at the same time.

Seriously though, I hope you find a suitable partner for the undertaking.

I think it could be the shop forums club house, if we get 20 members it drops down to only $250k!

Think of OD, except with us all drunk in person...

I don't know, the dock is kinda small. My Hinckley Sou'wester 72 probably wouldn't fit there.

It would fit just the draft would kill you, it is an 80ft dock.

Don't worry they are well set up to deal with large boats, Octopus is their all the time.

I'm in for 250k pennies, LOL.

I have enough airline miles to fly to Saturn, so, no problem getting to the Caymans.......
