I wonder how long she had to stand there while they got that shot just right?

Yecccch.
Looks like a death camp inmate with claws and bags of saline where her nipples should be. I thought Mengele died 20 years ago, but maybe she is that old. |

I'm pretty sure Mengele was a man.
That said, I ate at the one in Chandler a couple of years ago. Tasty burgers and lard fried taters. A steady diet? Well.....

I meant that Mengele appears to have created that frankengirl.

The burgers at Carls Jr. are quite the extravagant taste delight. Thick patties and bacon adds that extra something. I had to quit eating them. Gave me chest pains. Seriously.

I'm probably one of the few people who gets off the freeway and attempts to find a place serving something with rice and/or salad rather than chowing at a rest area. |

We do have Primanti Brother's here, but that doesn't make up for the lack of a decent burger. The sad thing...When I lived in UT, Costco's food court had the best pizza around. Everything else left us wanting.

Not sure what caused it but I thought maybe some extra work being done to digest the stuff might have been part of it.

Wow, that's not speaking very highly of UT pizza.

I need to come up with a reason to get to Pittsburgh. Wonder if they'd serve me in my Patriots sweatshirt. My father loved it, he had a convention there several years ago. Being a train fanatic and a licensed boat captain he had all kinds of traffic to keep himself entertained.

I like the guy in the backround...about 1/2-a-whiff-of-beer from passing-out on the countertop!
As for the Heartburn Specials...I found out a few years ago (on my own) that anything that has cottonseed oil in it gives me one MAJOR case of heartburn. I read the labels and put it back on the shelf for some other poor sucker to suffer with. As for the burgers? Now? Don't do enough in 4 hours that I can justify eating a triple-decker, let alone a double anymore. And the buns? Something in the ingredients is acting on me in a way that I'm feeling like I'm being choked off. I'm starting to "eat out" like I'm doing the Atkin's thing. Hold the bun, just put the meat on the plate, plain.

I went to a pizza place in Phoenix. It had a mural on the wall depicting Times Square in NYC. Unfortunately, Times Square appeared to have been lost in San Francisco, since it was at the apex of a very steep hill.
