New S class?

I'm kind of digging it, liking the interior. Its kind of almost British though, a bit flashy for a German.

On the plus side the new S550 seems like the model to get with 430hp stock and standard AWD.

From what I read, this model was initially just going to be another S-class. Then the Maybach was discontinued so this had to bridge the gap between Mercedes-Benz, Bentley and Rolls Royce.

To me that meant that this S-class was no longer the leader in its class, but was trying to be something else. We'll see how it fares against the others...
