Art...where they take worthless junk and turn it into expensive pieces of something that holds value to someone.
This has been done for years in the Appalachians, and they were laughed at. I guess that when you put it in the right light, it's valuable to the right person.

Well there you go, now I know what to do with my old lid when I replace it. Fix the rust holes. primer, paint, and sell for $$ to help restore my 220! Ironically a 1971 like this table!

I have a bad back and the best seat I ever had was in a 700 series Volvo, the leather style that looked like high end Scandanavian furniture.
I went and got an office seat chassis from a salvage shop and paid a body guy to mate the car seat to it. Was a lot of work... he actually experimented to balance it properly (it was a tilt/swivel base to without balance it would have been impossible to use). Was a fantastic chair for my home office.

I think I would have to make a frame to put a w116 rear seat in to use as a couch, before having one of these tables lol
