^BFD. The feds are not going to usurp the states. Marijuana is on the way to competing with hooch as a consumer commodity. At this point the only thing that will keep Mexican MJ in the loop is if they undercut on price. Quality has always been on, shall we say, the seedy side.

And yet 18 states permit medical MJ. There are 7 more states with pending legislation. There are 2 states where it is fully legal. While the feds and even some states have understandably gone after some locations close to schools and similar neighborhood offenses, there are no national guard, bATF, or DEA coming out to broadly bust sellers or growers. Only the most stupidly RWNJ are still making a push to stop the spread of the evil weed. Most are now looking into investing into this HUGE cash crop. I predict in about a year there will be MJ available at Costco stores where it has been legalized. But if you say there is resistance, all I can say is….marijuana tourism. |
