Thinking of selling the truck...

And building out a G-Wagen...

Been looking at some pretty crazy builds all day, and think it would be a pretty wicked machine.

There is a company making a 8" suspension lift, which would allow me to clear 38" tires!

Would do better off road than my GMC, especially with solid axles and shorter wheel base.

Nah GM is better.

What about a diesel Bronco? I hear the 7.3 slides right on in...

38" tires are dumb.. Just get a G, stick some nice off road tires on it, a winch, and you'll be set. No need to make it into another brodozer...

Nah you need tracks, big tires are not going to cut it.

Naw. I made all the same mistakes and more. It's like a bad wreck, you just have to look.

You'd lose your tow vehicle though. G wagons stock are sketchy with a full sized trailer and with a 8" lift it just would be a bad idea. I've considered going to a euro 300GD instead of the F250 but I tow too many cars and off road too little.
