Anyone have one that they like and is good quality? I just bought a Peak version from Pep Boys and it's crap. I told them I needed it to transmit from the back of my camper on my Fuso to the cab. No way. Antenna needs to be very close to the camera to work reliably. I'd say within 6 ft or so. I didn't do a complete installation, just got 12 volts to it and left camera and antenna at the back of the camper. I'm going to take it back and look for another.

Do they make a good wired version?
I try to avoid wireless unless absolutely necessary.
Too many opportunities for poor performance.

I got a back up camera for $15 off amazon, works great but you have to seal it with silicone. Has IR LEDs too. Let me find a link

Its wired - sorry, should have specified. Since you mentioned a decent wired version too. I plumbed the wires through my pilot light hole and hooked it into my reverse light for a trigger, and it pipes the AV signal into my head unit (double DIN touch screen). For the price, hard to go wrong. Has superimposed "straight" lines too.

I just ordered a different wired camera ($15) and a 3.5 monitor ($20) from Amazon. I'll give them a try. I didn't want the license plate mount version since my plate is off to the side and I wanted to mount the camera high up on the camper for a better view.
