You can probably get an Omega Seamaster for $1500.

What a concept . . "a grand to blow"

My iPhone keeps better time and changes time zones automatically.

I bought my Omega Seamaster from after seeing it listed for sale on WatchRecon.

Watch recon is a site that picks up all the watches for sale posted on all the different watch forums.

It has everything.

There are a lot of guys that sell watches with great reputations. I'd trust them before I trust epray.

I'll take credit for recommending the Seamaster since I posted it first.

I think I paid about $1,200-ish for mine about 2 years ago.

Correct! Was not refering to the Submariner. But used Rolex in general and not specific model. $4,000.00 is about what you pay for a Submariner in todays market.

I like that Stowa as well.

Google up Bob Wingate. He has been at it for about 35 years or so. I know for a fact that you can trust him.

I think his URL is tick-tock.com

Hope you find something that you enjoy.

Yeah, the fake Rolex is the obvious scam, the more sophisticated scammer would sell a real Rolex but with a fake strap or remove a couple of links from each strap. If you buy TT Sub, the strap is probably worth more then the watch so it's good to ask if all of the links are present.

FYI - the Seamaster 300M, the most common version of the Seamaster manufactured over the last +/- 20 years, has been manufactured in two case diameters, 36mm and 41mm. The 41mm is a more contemporary size, and is usually more expensive to purchase.
