Awesome Time Waster for Car Nuts (like you and me)

Down On The Junkyard | The Truth About Cars - Part 22

anyone else go through these? there are some (lots actually) of cool old bmw and mb's. I think this guy works at junkyard and snaps pictures of interesting cars.

I've spent the last 30 minutes flipping through them. I thought I would share!

Wow. Up here in RustLand so many of those 1970s and 1980s cars are just a dim memory.

When you're too young to afford them, cars look so appealing.

Once you CAN afford them, and have had enough, well....

I only miss two, neither of them Mercedes and both were 1960s designs (but made in the 70s).

Around here rust tends to cap what you see on the road. Were in the 90's now, anything older is either a cream puff or just barely holding on. But the 90's stuff is getting pretty ragged out so its going to be getting more rare.

I'm always amazed down south all the clean older cars you see running around.
