Yes, the Abrams is powered by a turbine and can run on just about anything that will combust. Deposits, power output, and exhaust temps can become an issue, but in a pinch... I'm curious about drinking spirits, most are only 40%-50% alcohol and aren't easy to burn. Hmmm...

I once had a chance to speak with the test crew of the Chrysler Turbine Car during about 1964 or 65. They said when they had in in Mexico they did fill the tank with Tequila and it ran just fine.
One of the drawbacks they encountered with the car was that if they blasted away from a stop light the exhaust was so hot it would blister the asphalt and cause potholes to form.
