While it may be a tragedy that it happened, the event itself is a disaster, not, a tragedy.

My initial thoughts were either some Al Quaeda affiliated islamonutjob group. Quote possibly domestic in origin. Alternatively some kind of right wing nut job outfit like McVeigh though the target seems more like it's the former than the latter to me. How do you know that this isn't a domestic crime? Remember OKC and the Olympic bombings? We have no shortage of homegrown nutjobs, sadly.
