Apparently they were out of "classic" badges at J.C. Whitney...

Or perhaps there is a secret rule about how long a Saturn must be a "collector" before it can be badged a "classic..."

Hopefully "custom deluxe" is spelled out somewhere else, hopefully below the stick on speed vents

They also have to have the sparkly jewels in the letters too.

The Mercury Mountaineer is closing in fast on 250,000 miles. Is there a badge for Mountaineers?

No, but dodge did produce a "prospector" version of their ram pickup, with one of the coolest badges I've seen, prospector spelled out with a crossed pick and shovel symbol.

If you drive a mountaineer, why can't a mountaineer also be a prospector? Stands to reason, if you are running around in the mountains, you might look for gold. You need one of those badges
