got me a new tool

its a big learning curve. been playing with it on my cars at home. got a car i need to use it on tomorrow.

I just picked up one too. Except mine is big enough to be used as a ship anchor if I no longer want to see what my ignition is doing.

did you end up picking up one of the old snap on scopes? this thing came with everything needed to test all the components and also has a built in database for what color wires to probe.

it would be an automotive oscilloscope.you can read wave forms and such on any electronics. ive got a corolla im trying to track down a very slight misfire on. all the usual suspects test fine. the picture above i am reading the injector pulse on my ford focus.

this is a whole new road for me as well.
