Gray skys are going to clear up......

What's the old saying about, "Everybody talks about the weather but nobody does anything about it?"

Well, somebody is. The world's toughest boss, the one who will feed you to the dogs if you foul up, wants better weather forecasts.

If you were worked for the weather service in N. Korea, what would be your response? Early retirement? Go back to school? Head for the hills......?

N.Korea's Kim blasts weather service for 'incorrect' forecasts

I guess that's better than blasting them for bad weather...and honestly, it wouldn't surprise me if the little despot did that, too.

I think someone there was trying to come up with an excuse for why thousands of people are starving to death. So...... They said the farmers could not grow enough crops because they did not have accurate weather reports.

Problem solved if the problem was you had to come up with an excuse to save your hide.

So the answer to the food shortage in N. Korea is not the total mismanagement of the economy. It is the weather reports are not accurate.

Who knew such a terrible problem could have such an easy fix?

Sounds like another victory for the "Great Successor".
