I have been to this place in Lubbock. It would be difficult to hurt yourself like this.
If it is removed it would be at the instance of the insurance company. If they declare it an attractive nuisance there is little the property owner can do if they wish to keep their insurance.

Jeez, you guys are harsh. When you were 14 you didn't goof around with your friends and stay up late when school was out?
I agree the kid probably shouldn't have been playing hide 'n seek at 3 am, but it's not like he was doing drug deals or something. He's dead for apparently innocent reasons and his family and friends are grieving; is that not sad? Wow.

It does not look to me as if it would be that easy to impale fatally on one of those horns. I wonder if there is more to the story than is being told?
